General Inspection
Whether you’re buying a new home, selling your current home, or simply concerned about the condition of your property, you’ll find home inspection a good practice. We’ll make sure to bring easily ignored aspects to the surface for proper evaluation. With our report, you can move forward with the right decision regarding your property.
Mold Inspection
Mold is found everywhere around us and is very common in both residential and commercial buildings. If not controlled, mold has the potential to cause serious health issues such as respiratory infection. While inspecting a property, we use High-Definition Thermal Imaging cameras and moisture meters to uncover mold on otherwise normal-looking surfaces. Our inspectors will perform a comprehensive mold inspection including air tests, swab samples and bulk samples. All samples are submitted to an independent, certified, accredited lab in the State of California where microscopic evaluation will determine whether or not potentially harmful mold exists in your home.
Sewer Inspection
Sewer line damage is common and requires costly repairs. Our company has the resources to conduct a thorough examination of your sewer line. We use a special high-definition sewer line camera to give our inspector a bird’s-eye view of the inside of the sewer line. This helps the inspector uncover any existing cracks, separations or potential blockages from tree roots and other obstructions saving a potential homeowner or investor from moving forward with a poor investment.
