What the program is
Home Inspection Experts sends text messages to customers about their own home inspection. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that your inspector is on the way, a link to your completed inspection report, payment receipts and reminders, a short follow-up after the inspection, and replies to questions you send us. Messages are conversational and one-to-one. This is not a marketing or promotional texting program.
How you sign up
You opt in verbally. When you call us at (714) 594-3004 to book or ask about an inspection, our office asks whether we may text you about it, tells you roughly how many messages to expect, and points you to this page. We only text you if you say yes. We never pre-tick that permission for you, and we never add a number that has not been given to us by its owner.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
How often we text
Roughly 2 to 6 messages per inspection.
Cost
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan with your mobile carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then we will not text you again. You can also call the office and ask us to stop.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and Google Voice.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are used only to message you about your own inspection. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
